Orders

To place an order, browse our catalog, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Yes, you can change your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Shipping

We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options.

Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the selected option and your location.

Currently, we offer delivery services throughout Pakistan and plan to explore international shipping in the future.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Exchange

To initiate an exchange, you must contact our Customer Support Team within 3 days of receiving the product.

Complaints received after 3 days will not be entertained. In the case of a damaged or incorrect product, reverse pick-up service is available within 7 to 8 days.

The product must be in its original, sealed condition and unused.

Payments

We accept major bank transfers and Cash on Delivery (COD).
